International Ask A Question Day!

Before Talent Match, Kyle was involved with drink and drugs and didn’t have a job. He now has a job where he mentors volunteers with similar issues; he is grateful that Talent Match has given him the chance to turn his life around.
Chantelle worked with her Coach to develop interview skills and learnt how to fill out a job application form. She went from being a timid and guarded without many friends to being in a working team of people who helped develop her as a person.
Talent Match has improved Laura’s confidence, her belief in herself and her people skills. She now works as a Support Worker where she is able to use her own experiences to help people with mental health problems.
Talent Match boosted Emma’s confidence and gave her life skills that she was able to use in her new paid role. The programme enabled her to access training relevant to her job such as Health & Safety and First Aid courses.
Mary had lost sight of herself and thought that she had become her health condition. Talent Match enabled Mary to see her true self; becoming the person she always wanted to be.
Calum had always been interested in magic. Talent Match supported him to set up his own business and he now gets regular paid work at parties, conferences and other events.
